Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the property’s condition, size, or requested services differ from the original booking details.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Liability

While we take reasonable care when providing our services, JustKlean’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our control.
